Q: Do you offer pick up?
A: Yes! Pick up days are Wednesday-Saturday 9:30am - 2:30pm. Please have your email pick up confirmation and ID ready.

Q: How long does it take for processing my order?
A: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for all orders to be processed.

Q: How long before my order is shipped?
A: Once your order has been received and processed (3-5 business days), you will receive shipping information. All orders are priority shipped 3-5 business days, based on your location.

Q: Are your extensions 100% virgin hair?
A: Yes! Our extensions are 100% unprocessed virgin hair, which insures extensions can be easily colored to your preference

Q: Do you color hair extension?
A: That service is not offered by our company. We pride ourselves on selling 100% unprocessed human hair. You should consult a professional stylist for coloring extensions.

Q: What color are the hair extension?
A: Our extension come in their natural color, which are different variations of brown from 1B to #2.

Q: How long does your hair extensions last?
A: With proper maintenance, Naked Strands extensions can last a year or longer. Please visit our “Hair Tips” page for hair preservation tips

Q: How much does the bundles weigh?

A: 95-100 grams

Q: How many bundles are suggested for a full/natural sew in?
A: ON AN AVERAGE,  for 12-16 inches, we suggest 2 bundles. For 18-26 inches, we suggest 3-4 bundles. For 28 inches and up, we suggest 4+ bundles. The amount of bundles needed is based on the customers preference and desired style.
